I do have a video for this as part of my Wild Card 2 Cricut Cartridge series that I am doing on You Tube. I do want to save it for now as it is card #27 and I love to do things in order (kinda freaky like that).  So you will see this card again in a few weeks and how to put it together.

Hi blogging friends. I have decided after finishing Wild Card, that I wanted to do another Cartridge Series. I have decided to do the Wild Card 2 Cricut Cartridge as a Video Tutorial. I have made a select few cards from this cartridge but am still learning as I go as this cartridge is different than the original Wild Card. So I will be learning along beside all of you.
So here is the first Video in this Series. I am starting at the beginning with Card #1, the Rainbow card.

Cut It Up Challenge #19: Make It Mini

Today we have a great challenge for you over at Cut It Up. Your challenge is to Make It Mini-anything small....Note cards, mini album, magnets, whatever!  Remember you must use a die cut somewhere on your project.
My kids are CONSTANTLY taking my fridge magnets and I have no idea where they hide them.  So I involved them in this project.  Here's what we ALL came up with.

I put the magnet sheets in my Cricut and used the Multi cut feature.  I got the sheets at our local Dollarstore ages ago and they were sitting there collecting dust, so no time like the present.

This challenge starts today, May 17th, and ends May 29th, 2013 at Noon, EST.

Materials Used:
*Boys Will Be Boys Cricut Cartridge
*Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge
*Magnet Sheets (2)
*All paper from my scraps
*stickles for various magnets

Wild Card Series #50: Envelopes

And finally......the last post of the Wild Card Series.  In this post, I put together the two envelopes on p. 81 of the manual.
Envelope 1 is cut at 6 1/4".  This does have a liner but I didn't put it in this time.

The finished size of the yellow envelope (envelope 1) is 5"

Envelope 2 is cut at 5 1/4" using fit to page feature on a 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock.  The finished size of the  pink envelope (envelope 2) is 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". I tried to fit a A2 size card in but it is extremely snug and it would bend your card, so I think the card would have to be trimmed slightly.

Thanks for tuning in for my Wild Card series.  If you have any questions, please feel free to comment or send me an email!  And happy crafting...

Wild Card Series #48: Shower

The final card in the Wild Card Series.  Next I will put together the 2 boxes and envelopes.
The shower card can be found on p. 79 of the manual and was cut at 8" using 12 x 12 cardstock.  It is a little large for me so I'm sure an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock and Fit To Page feature would be really nice.
I added a small sheet of white cardstock behind the card image to really make it pop.
Here it is.

Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 79) cut at 8"
*cardstock by Recollections
*Patterned paper by Colorbox

Wild Card Series #47: Celebrate

Only a few left to go in the Wild Card Series.  This is #47, the celebrate card which is found on p. 78 of the manual.
I cut the card, envelope and features out at 5 1/2".

Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 78) cut at 5 1/2"
*Cardstock by Recollections

Wild Card Cartridge #46: Hanukkah

The Hanukkah card is found on p. 77 of the manual.  The card, envelope and accessories were cut at 5 1/4".  I had to cut the liner twice, once for the grey candle part, another for the yellow for the flame.  I also added some yellow Stickles to the flames.

Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p.77) cut at 5 1/4"
*Yellow stickles
*Cardstock by Recollections
*patterned paper by K & Company (envelope liner)

Wild Card Series #45: Carriage

I love this card and I have used it quite a bit for baby showers and baby gifts!  I would say it's my favorite from the Wild Card Series.  I cut the card, envelope and accessories at 6".

Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 76) cut at 6"
*patterned paper by Recollections Baby Boy stack
*Zoo paper from my stash (DCWV?)

Wild Card Series #44: House

I'm back with #44, the house card from the Wild Card Cartridge. The house and all accessories were cut at 6" using an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock. If you wanted to use a 12 x 12 piece, using the fit to page feature you would be looking at a 7 3/4" size. I did the 6" size as I found the 7 3/4" was bigger than I needed.

Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 75) cut at 6"
*Patterned paper by K & Company
*Cardstock by Recollections
*Bling for doorknob

Wild Card Series #43:Ornament

Welcome to card #43 of the Wild Card Series.  Today, I am doing the ornament card on p. 74 of the manual.  I cut the card, envelope and all features out at 5". I used a bow from my stash.

Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 74) at 5"
*Patterned paper by Recollections Bright and Jolly Christmas stack
*Bow from my stash
*Cardstock by Recollections

Wild Card Series #49: Gift Box 1 and 2

In this post, I wanted to showcase the gift boxes that are found on pg.80 of the Wild Card Cricut Cartridge manual.  These are not extremely large boxes, but would be great to hold a small set of note cards or some candy or something.  Perfect for a "little" gift.
Gift box 1 was cut at 7" using a 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock on the fit to page feature. I did not cut out the Liners for them but did cut out the band with the little tag.

Gift Box 2 was cut at 5 3/4". Once again, I did not cut out the liner but did cut out the frame.

***note I would piece of acetate in the window of the gift boxes.

Materials Used:
*Gift Box 1 cut at 7"
*Gift Box 2 cut at 5 3/4"
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 80)
*Patterned paper by Recollections Jolly Holidays

Wild Card Series #42: Graduation

Time for card #42 in the Wild Card series. This card is a super easy and quick graduation card. I cut the card, envelope and all extra's at 7 1/2".

Materials used:
*Wild Card Cricut Cartridge (p. 73) cut at 7 1/2"
*Patterned paper by Recollections Bold Basics stack
*Cardstock by Recollections

Wild Card Series #41: Owl

Another day, another card in the Wild Card Series. Today, I am putting together the owl card, found on p. 72 of the manual.  This card is cut at 5 1/4". I love the little tree envelope for this card!
I cut the owl out twice, once using kraft cardstock, the other using patterned paper and then cutting that down the middle.
Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cartridge (p. 72) cut at 5 1/4"
*Patterned paper by Creative Imaginations, Debbie Mumm Cowgirl Collection
*cardstock by Recollections

*Patterned paper by K & Company (pink polka dot) & Memento (Liner polka dot)
*Glitter glue by Studio G (flower)

My favorite crafting area....

I wanted to take a picture of my favorite space in my crafting area. I technically don't have a craft room right now. I used to and then had to transform that room into my daughter's room so I've been hoarding all of my crafting stuff in my bedroom.  I usually use the dresser as a make shift table and have all of my  Christmas paper and each child's scrapbook and associated papers in one of those large reusable cloth bags.  We are moving in the next few months (July as of now) so I have been packing up things I don't use right now and storing them in the closet of my now very small mini home.
My favorite scrapping space is my make shift Cricut station that holds all of my basic crafting needs. I rearranged my kitchen before my daughter was born just to have this to keep my Cricut supplies, cardstocks and paper pads on.  I also invested in one of those drawer thingy's to keep all of my extra's in.
So here is my space. God bless great husbands who appreciate me taking up this corner of our bedroom until the house is built!

The blue binder holds all of my larger and those little stamps sets such as my Peachy Keen stamps, and the small size that you usually find in the dollar bins at Michaels. It also holds all of my letter stickers.  The small green binder is print offs of sketches that I love. This shelf also holds all of my 8 1/2" x 11 cardstock assorted by pack (all Recollections), my Cuttlebug and my other clear stamps sets (My Pink Stamper, Hero Arts, Tim Holtz, etc). Up top 2 rows deep and then another stack is my Cricut Cartridges.
Down below I have my extra ATGgun, Xyron, my 12 x 12 cardstock, paper pads, scrapbooking books and magazines. The photo box is where I store my finished cards
Here is my little cart.  Top drawer is extra adhesives and my Crop a dile. Second drawer is bling, brads, eyelets, etc;, 3rd drawer is my embossing powers and Stickles, fourth drawer is Stampin' Up sets and my inks and other stamps, 5th drawer is my flower embellies and other embellies and last drawer is my ribbon and twines.
On top of the drawers in the front basket is my markers, scissors, and scrap stuff assorted by theme (Halloween, baby, Easter, etc). Behind this is a file system that holds all of my scrap cardstock and papers by colors.

I am entering this is Craftin' Desert Divas's Linky Party #6

Wild Card Series #39: Gift Card

I have been playing around with my Wild Card cartridge today and realized I didn't finish this series. So I am going to spend the next few days doing just that.
Today's card is found on p. 70 of the manual and is cut at 7 1/4" using the fit to page feature on the Cricut machine.
This holds a Gift card and cuts the 4 notches out to hold it.  It also could be used to hold money as it is long enough.

 Materials Used:
*Wild Card Cartridge (p.70) cut at 7 1/4" using Fit To Page feature
*Cardstock by Recollections
*Patterned paper by Colorbox
